Selling at Auction
Our focus is to provide:
- A professional, efficient and friendly service
- Very competitive comission rates
- Payment to vendors within 7 days by Bank transfer
- A complete clearance of all salable items
- Maximum returns to vendors with items offered to buyers across the globe on 4 online bidding platforms
- User friendly IT innovations
- Comprehensive publicity of items on offer via a huge following on Social Media, selective advertising campaigns and a huge client base
Whilst Ashley Waller do not offer an in house transport service, we can arrange for a professional removal team to collect the items and deliver them to our sale room where they will be arranged into saleable lots. This service ranges from taking selected items of your choice to a complete comprehensive clearance where all items are removed and the property is left in a marketable condition. Alternatively, clients can arrange delivery by a company of their choice.
The items are then entered onto our on line catalogue and photographed and we forward a comprehensive pre-sale statement of the items by e-mail. Vendors can update this statement during the sale to give live sale prices and it is followed up with a post sale e-mail giving prices attained.

Within 7 days a payment will reach your Bank account and you will receive an e-mailed statement showing our charges. A cheque and posted statement can be sent if this is your preference but this may take longer to reach you.
Our aim is to maximise the payment that you receive but there may be occasions where the charges for removal and sale are greater than the value of the items. Under such circumstances we will forward an invoice for the balance. We will endeavour to advise you if this may be the case during our initial appraisal.
Our Company is based at Four Oaks, Lower Withington, Cheshire, SK11 9DU. We have three large sale rooms where we host auctions with a large and varied attendance of commercial, trade and general public bidders in attendance. Our auctions are hosted on four online bidding platforms and each sale attracts successful and prospective buyers from across the world.
Neil Ashley can also provide formal written valuations for probate, insurance or separation purposes at competitive rates.
If you have items that you would like to sell call us on 01477 571988. Neil can be contacted on 07932 051469 or by e mail at [email protected] – we are only too pleased to assist and advise on any aspect of marketing. You can also join over 22,000 people and follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram - where there are regular posts showing items in future auctions and prices achieved.
